Pay Per Click Advertising
Pay Per Click Advertising is simply a form of advertising where the advertiser pays a given sum per click thru from the publisher site to their site. Publishers benefit from this by receiving either the whole ppc amount, or a percentage of what the advertiser pays to the respective PPC program.
Underlying the PPC process however are 2 critical principles of operation. They’re critical, because unlike CPA or Cost Per Action, a lead doesn’t need to be generated, nor an action of any sort performed except the click itself - the end user may click through to an advertisers site, then move on, which of course is useless to the advertiser.
Pay Per Click Easter Eggs !
Over the easter break, PPC Reference will be visiting five (5) blogs and depositing EASTER EGGS in their comments. Popular in the SEO/SEM sectors, they’ll include Matt Cutts blog, Shoemoney, and Tech Crunch to name a few.
The easter eggs will be highly profitable, virtually non-competitive keyphrases (from an SEO perspective) and ready to turn a quick buck via Adsense, Afilliates, or arbitrage.
We’ve done the crunch work - all you have to do is find them. Each easter egg will be released to the first 7 distinct IP addresses to ensure recipients get a fair go.

PPC Advertising Firms Companies and Services
It recently came to my attention that there are three undercapitalized PPC related key phrases. These are PPC ADVERTIZING FIRM, PPC ADVERTIZING COMPANY, and PPC ADVERTIZING SERVICES. Notice of course the spelling, which is a deviation from the correct way to spell these terms being PPC ADVERTISING FIRMS, PPC ADVERTISING COMPANIES, and PPC ADVERTISING SERVICES. Now I could be a little less verbose in the way I’m presenting these terms, however I’ve done this all quite deliberately.
Googles DMCA Complaints - Screwing Your Competitors.
I recently uncovered a plot to take over the world - well, not quite the world, but I’m sure thats what you’re up to. Republishing my information like that is just downright wrong ! And outranking me like that for my own keywords - outrageous !
I recently received a DMCA complaint from Google where a third party was claiming that one of my sites was reproducing their content without their permission. Moreover, the site was reproducing others content too ! - I really couldnt help but laugh. Initially, I went looking for an email I might have missed, or some other indication that I had in fact received a complaint from the complainant via normal channels. But of course, contrary to their claims - no such communication had taken place.
Highest Payouts My @ss !
I decided to profile a number of PPC vendors/affiliates today, just to ensure the info I have to hand is correct. This is of course a major departure from what they actually publish.
In fact, sifting through the bullshit is like researching the latest & greatest SEO practices.. 90% waste of my time, 5% indirect waste of time and 3% a qualified ‘investigate further’. I suppose its like the old saying ‘you get what you pay for’, but still, I like to think theres a little truth in the usual marketing banter of PPC vendors.
PPC Vendor Comparison Tables
The title can be a bit misleading, especially since we’re talking about providers of PPC advertising who represent advertisers.
I recently found myself looking around for lucrative PPC publisher opportunities, and found several interesting resources. Among them were two sites in particular that featured comparison tables in a sensible, productive way (Search Engines FAQ and Help Island).
The information was laid out nicely, and certainly up to date, so I bookmarked them and moved on. It then occured to me that I could simply collect data from a variety of sources and maintain it myself at a seperate website, making life easy for me, and inviting commentary/dialog from others.
